Abbz

 - Abby arrived here with some fear-aggression problems, but now has happily gone to live on a farm in Laois with a lovely woman who is well experienced with dogs and animals of all kinds. Good luck Abby!
Anna  - This lovely girl is now living with an experienced pet-greyhound owner out in the Irish countryside on 7 acres. A lovely affectionate girl whose quiet presence will be missed.

Alainn

 - Álainn arrived here in great pain with severe burns to the tatoo area of her ears. She has since been adopted by a woman who has had greyhounds as pets for 28 years. After speaking with her and meeting her, she clearly had the knowledge, patience and general empathy to know how to take on a dog with such trauma. Álainn was in her arms within moments after her new owner's arrival. It was very touching, and it seemed that Álainn knew. She is now living in the countryside in Ireland

Sophie

 - Gentle Sophie is now the second of 2 very lucky greyhounds belonging to an Irish woman living in the UK. She shares her home with Maxi (Penguin Jude), also homed by OGS.

Feather

 - Feather was found wandering in December 2005 with a muzzle on. It was clear he had been wandering for at least 10 days due to his emaciated state. Feather now lives in the UK, owned by a well-known author who adores him!

Bunny

 - Bunny was a lovely cheerful girl, much like a previous small brindle girl, Willa. She arrived in poor, but not very poor condition. Bunny was homed to a nice couple in Northern Ireland, and like Willa, also has a terrier for a companion. A darling dog.

Liath

 - Liath came to the sanctuary quite thin but otherwise in good spirits. By the time she was adopted as a second greyhound by a lovely woman in Mayo, her coat was shining and her weight was great. She is living a happy and healthy life, with plenty of off-leash walks!
